  Once your order enters production, packaging, or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
  

💎 Refunds & Returns

Each Muse & Mode item is made-to-order with care, so all sales are generally final.
We only accept returns or issue refunds in cases where the error is on our side.

Eligible scenarios include:

✅ Wrong item or size delivered
✅ Non-delivery: If your package hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (excluding the standard 2–5 day processing window)

🚫 Situations Outside Our Responsibility

Refunds cannot be provided if:
